The following is a list of a few of the morale boosting ideas the district has implemented:

  • Various Staff Appreciation events have occurred during early release or on institute days.

  • Pawsitive Postcards that staff, parents, and/students can send to a particular staff member to show how much they are valued or appreciated.

  • The “You’re Paw-some Award” on which students can write or draw a picture about any staff member who is special to them.

  • Treat carts where a committee member goes around to each staff member to show appreciation.
